President, Chief Estimator and General Manager of Triple Action, Inc., Bill Warne is a professional with more than 27 years experience in the cleaning and restoration industry.

Warne achieved his Certified Restorer award in March of 1992. As a Certified Restorer through the National Institute of Disaster Restoration, he has met the requirements of the NIDR program and demonstrated by examination and experience the ability to inspect and restore property damaged by fire, water, smoke and other perils. NIDR is a division of the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration, an International Association based in Millersville, MD. ASCR International has 1300 member firms and represents over 20,000 cleaners and restorers world-wide.

Warne has served as a board member and President of ASCR International, a 501 c6 corporation. He also served as President of the Board of Trustees for the 501 c3 ASCR Foundation and was the first chairman of the board for the foundation.

One of the founders of the Water Loss Institute, Warne also served two terms as president of the Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Institute; both are divisions of ASCR international. Please view the site at www.ascr.org for more information.

Warne served on the Board of Directors of The Institute of Inspections, Cleaning and Restoration Certification International for two terms. The IICRC is an international body that tests and certifies technical skills in the areas of cleaning and restoration.
