We thoroughly check before turning off the equipment to ensure every part of your structure is dry. This eliminates any chance of fungal growth occurring after we've left, as may be manifested by those phantom "dirty sock" type odors, that are natures way of saying "It's not dry yet!"

Specialty Deodorization & Spotting: are many types of soils that will not respond to normal cleaning agents. Some of the common things that respond to our specialized techniques are: Toner, rust, enamel or oil base paint, some types of make up, lipstick and nail polish, grease and tar, some furniture stains, adhesive residues, and protein spots (blood, milk, eggs, etc.).

Spoiled food in refrigerators, pet contamination (pet spray, fur oil, and elimination problems), infestation of rodents, skunk odors, smoke from cooking or smoking, carcasses in walls or voids, or water and fire damage; there are effective procedures for each.
